"it's real hard up in here"
-an RA pointing to Central America and commenting on the difficulty of the geography test I gave them on North and Central America. I was so moved by the 4.12 entry that I decided to give my staff geography quizzes each week to improve our collegiate’s geography knowledge.

(actually I got a 40 somehow even though I had no clue what the answers were.)
